ABOUT

BOARDS & BLISS CHARCUTERIE

The idea for my charcuterie cart business was sparked when I saw a group of women in another country running their own and I was instantly inspired to bring that same joy and creativity here. With a background in hospitality, I’ve always loved connecting with people and being part of environments where laughter, celebration, and good food come together. This business felt like the perfect way to blend my love for meaningful connection with the excitement of hosting fun, memorable moments.

While I’ve always enjoyed the work I’ve done, I realized that my passions alone weren’t enough to support me financially. That’s when I got serious about creating something of my own, something that could give me the freedom to thrive both personally and professionally.

I knew early on that the traditional college route wasn’t for me. Instead, I took a different path, starting my first business in my early 20s, guided by incredible mentors and fueled by determination. Though that venture didn’t work out, I gained invaluable experience and clarity. And I always knew I’d come back to entrepreneurship when the right idea came along.

Now, I get to do what I love: create beautiful charcuterie experiences, connect with people across the city, and build something meaningful from the ground up.

Born and raised in South Florida, I’m proud of my Colombian and Bolivian roots. I’m passionate about culture, and I love learning through travel, food, and the stories people share.
